Approach

Sonia encourages an individualized and collaborative approach to health, practice and teaching, using a variety of methods to best support a movement towards balance for each person. Her goal is to find the simplest and most natural approach, one that will support the body’s innate capacity to regain balance, freedom of movement and a sense of wholeness. She sees well-being as a relationship between ourselves, our community, our environment and our social and cultural milieu.
